1. Booking Confirmation:
A booking is considered confirmed once Bonga Coffee Company receives a completed booking form and a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total booking cost.
2. Payment:
Full payment is required at least 7 days prior to the event date. Accepted payment methods include credit card, bank transfer, or cash.
3. Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made in writing. If a booking is cancelled more than 2 days before the event, the deposit will be forfeited. If a cancellation occurs less than 2 days prior to the event, the full amount may be charged.
4. Damages:
The client is responsible for any damage to Bonga Coffee Company's property caused by the client or their guests during the event.
5. Liability:
Bonga Coffee Company is not liable for any loss or damage to the client's property before, during, or after the event.
6. Changes to Booking:
Any changes to the booking details must be submitted to info@bongacoffeecompany.com and may be subject to additional charges.
7. Compliance:
The client agrees to comply with all local laws and regulations, including health and safety standards and noise restrictions.
